Kathy McHugh Consulting has over 50 years of in-house experience in project development for the Themed Entertainment Industry and the networking capabilities in the industry to pull key talent into KMC as specifically required for a project. A complete understanding of the development process, coupled with the knowledge and association of qualified industry resources, allows Kathy McHugh Consulting to create and direct a cost effective core team of experts in areas such as cost estimating, show production, systems and facility engineering, and other disciplines as required by the project. This team works closely with their clients and acts in the best interest of the Owner/Developer to specify, direct, monitor and expedite the production resources working on the project.

It is understood and agreed that any such information learned through the course of working for the Client is confidential and shall not be revealed by Knutson-McHugh Consulting to any third party, and shall only be used in the performance of work authorized by Client.

Notwithstanding the above, Kathy McHugh Consulting shall not be held to non-disclosure requirements:

      a. for information that becomes generally known to third parties through       no fault of Knutson-McHugh Consulting, and,

      b. for disclosure of information to employees of Knutson-McHugh       Corporation or other persons necessary to perform the work authorized by       Client.
